About South Texas Home Health
South Texas Home Health (STHH) is locally owned and operated by two (2) Registered Nurses and a Master's Degree Social Worker that have over 35 combined years of experience in the home health industry. Specialty areas include wound care management and diabetes self-management.
STHH is a member of Texas Association for Home Care to better serve the community with current and innovative changes in home health care.

We take pride in our care and strive to exceed current standard practices by frequently attending educational seminars, being a member of TAHC, consulting with home health care specialists and implementing an extensive hiring process.
